Slip away into butterfly wings
Where all is clear as crystal and light
Floating above all material things
And day never deigns to become night
A place where the sun never sets
The rain is never cold
And no one ever forgets
The stories that you've told
Flutter amongst the trees
While they drink in the sun
Dodging branches
And falling leaves
Where Mother Nature waits for no one
Slip away into butterfly wings
And drift into a luscious daze
Where the mountain sings
And the dandelion plays
Where magic touches everything
And the whole world is as one
Love is as easy as breathing
And we were never "done"
It's easy to pretend
The beauty worlds may bring
If only you ascend
On a butterfly's wing
